Jonathan Dubovsky is a Managing Director at The Ardent Companies in the Atlanta office. Jonathan manages both the Investment Management and Retail platforms.  In overseeing Investment Management, the Ardent team provides business plan oversight across all equity investments, with the goal of discerning and strategic decision making to maximize investment value.  In overseeing Ardent’s retail platform, the Ardent team is involved in asset managing existing retail assets, assists in underwriting and acquiring new retail assets, and integrating retail into development or redevelopment projects.  Prior to joining Ardent in 2018, Jonathan was a Managing Director at The Shopping Center Group (TSCG), where he oversaw a 20⁺ person advisory team leasing 27 million⁺ square feet of retail across Georgia and Florida.  He has over 20 years of experience working on existing and development projects that cover a broad spectrum – from single tenant buildings, strip centers, neighborhood/community centers, and power centers to mixed-used projects in both urban and suburban markets.  Prior to TSCG, he worked for Deloitte Consulting where he managed technology and management consulting projects for Fortune 500 companies.  He is a past President of YPO Atlanta and co-founder of the ChainLinks’ Retail Leasing Council.  Jonathan also sits on the board of Trade Talks, has been published in numerous industry periodicals, presented at industry meetings, and has a passion for giving back to the community.  Jonathan received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia and a Master of Science in Information Technology.  Jonathan lives in Sandy Springs with his wife, three children and two Aussiedoodles.
