Hattie Fitzpatrick is the UK Fund Controller, based out of the London office.  Hattie has 14 years in finance roles with 8 years of UK and European private equity real estate experience.  Prior to joining Ardent in March 2023, Hattie worked for Henley Investments – a boutique private equity firm based in London – where she worked across both investment reporting and corporate finance teams, focusing on deal performance and forecasting.  Hattie is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds a BSc (hons) in Biology from the University of Southampton, UK.
